iKnowFarm is an agricultural App developed by PALM Corps and WHH in 2019. Now with about 60,000 users, the App equips the people of Uganda with the skills to improve their agricultural yield and income. iKnowFarm is looking for a very innovative person to drive business and product development to scale the app’s impact among its users throughout Uganda.
Please try to answer the following questions:
- Do you know how to develop great business plans?
- Do you know how to guide a diverse team in agile and user centric product development?
- Do you have a good understanding of ICT and Digital marketing?
- Do you know how to grow customers through great sales and marketing?
- Do you know how to review financial statements and take decisions to increase profits and reduce costs to drive a sustainable social enterprise?
- Can you work with minimum supervision?
- Do you perform well under pressure?
