We employ school club approaches (environment, agriculture, health, debating & GEM) to promote sexual reproductive health, life-skills and learning of agriculture and environmental management. Furthermore, we build capacity of governance structures, promote positive parenting and participation in school activities as a strategy to improve efficiency and effectiveness of education services, support schools to develop and implement school improvement plans to create favorable environment for learning. PALM has successfully implemented parent- led school feeding projects in the communities. We coordinate continuous professional development training in collaboration with the district education department and peer to peer learning to improve quality teaching.
